Auto-Renewal in iTunes Account All subscriptions made through the App are processed via your iTunes account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You will be charged for the next subscription period within 24 hours before the current period ends.
To manage or cancel your subscription, follow these steps:
Open the Settings app on your iOS device.
Tap on your name, then tap Subscriptions.
Select the AI Dating app and modify or cancel your subscription.
Refund Policy All sales of subscriptions are final, and no refunds will be issued unless required by law or specifically stated. Users are encouraged to review subscription terms carefully before purchasing.
The App is licensed, not sold, to you. Subject to your compliance with this EULA, we grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App on any Apple-branded products running iOS that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
This EULA is governed by the standard Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. In case of any conflict between this EULA and the Apple Terms, the latter shall prevail.
a. Scope of License
The license granted to you is for personal, non-commercial use of the App on any device that you own or control. You may not distribute or make the App available to other users on a network.
b. Restrictions
You agree not to:
Modify, reverse-engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
Rent, lease, or sublicense the App.

c. Maintenance and Support
Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support services for the App. We will provide any necessary support as outlined in this agreement.
d. Termination
This license is effective until terminated by you or us. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any terms of this EULA.
Apple is not responsible for any warranty, claims, or liabilities related to the App. However, in the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if applicable. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligations with respect to the App.
The App may provide access to third-party services. You agree to comply with any third-party terms and conditions when using such services.
Acceptable Use You agree not to engage in illegal activities, misuse the App, or post harmful content.
Limitation of Liability We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App. Your use of the App is at your own risk, and the App is provided “as is” without any warranties.
We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the App signifies your acceptance of these updates.
